By opting in to receive SMS alerts (“Alerts”) from GalaMundi Childcare (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern the delivery of SMS messages regarding facility operations, inspections, and regulatory notifications to your mobile phone.

We will send occasional SMS Alerts as needed for:
- Operational updates (weather closures, schedule changes)
- Regulatory or inspection notices from AZDHS
- Safety or emergency advisories
The Alert content may include links to our website or additional resources. -

Message frequency will vary based on operational needs and regulatory cycles. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to Opt Out
Reply “STOP” to any Alert message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a confirmation SMS: “You have been unsubscribed from GalaMundi Childcare SMS Alerts. Msg&Data rates may apply.” After unsubscribing, you will not receive further Alerts unless you opt in again.

Privacy & Data Usage
We collect your mobile number and consent record solely to provide Alerts. Your information will not be shared with third parties except:
- As required by law or to comply with a regulatory inquiry
- With service providers who assist in sending SMS Alerts (e.g., Twilio) under strict confidentiality and data-use restrictions
